Skilled Ground Crew/Drainlayer – Wellington

We are on the search for someone with a proven track record and knowledge in the civil industry to join our Civil and Drainage team based out of our Pauatahanui Branch. We are looking to fill a couple of spots within our teams, therefore are considering those with either a strong Civil or Drainage background.

We have a strong focus on getting the right fit within our team, as our people are the most important part of our business. We generally work Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm, however at times you may also be required to work Saturdays and outside of these hours to help your team get the job done.

To be considered for the role PCL are looking for someone that has:

– Reliable transport to and from work with a full licence
– Have an intermediate level of experience in civil and/or drainage works
– A good understanding of best practice and be Health and safety minded
– Good physical fitness with ability to carry out manual handling tasks
– Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed to a quality standard
– Be drug free and undertake pre-employment screening
