The culture we have developed and continue to build on is one of collaboration and a shared belief based on our five critical pillars:

To help us develop our culture, PCL employed the services of Norm Hewitt, a long-time local and influential figure in the sports world. He joined us in 2014 as a consultant while we worked on our vision for the company and over time helped us develop a support structure that would develop a company culture that strengthens our people and our communication.
As a company, we are committed to ensuring that the positive relationships we foster at work are also reflected outside work. Our ‘Fun Days’ are a big part of building a team that can work together to achieve the same goal – to be the best we can be.
