Cashmere
A high-profile North Masterton development which was divided into a total of 107 new allotments from vacant bare land. The works involved excavation for new roading corridors and drainage detention ponds.
Installation of a new gravity wastewater network 450m in length, a 6.5m depth Wastewater pumping station with 250m of riser main, potable water reticulation of 675m length and six large underground stormwater soakage infrastructure systems. All sections were serviced with power and chorus networks to the boundary which was a collaborative install with the service providers and pavements were constructed to the highest of specification consisting of 40mm depth Asphalt and 100mm depth linking concrete footpaths through out.
Throughout the project environmental controls were required to prevent any contamination into the neighbouring properties and disruption to the quiet neighbourhood was minimized.
