Castor Crescent – Porirua

The site at Castor Crescent Porirua covered 9,543m2 and was to be home for 53 new dwellings. The works involved excavation for the 53 lots with timber retaining walls throughout the site, along with establishment of drainage and all other services, roading and footpaths. Throughout the project, strict environmental controls were required to prevent any contamination of the local stream and disruption to the neighbourhood was minimised. Completed for Kainga Ora, we worked to – and met – the very tight deadlines set by the client.
