Esk Place Subdivision – Porirua

Our team successfully delivered a subdivision development in conjunction with South Coast Construction. This project required careful environmental management due to the high density housing surrounding the project. The works involved bulk earthworks of approximately 700m³ cut-to-fill operations to establish building platforms, roading alignment, and drainage corridors. During all earthworks phases, environmental controls were implemented and maintained, including silt fencing, stabilised site accessways, and staging of works to minimise runoff and meet the demands of the build program.

Following earthworks completion, we undertook the installation of stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water reticulation networks, with connections to existing council mains. Infrastructure delivery also included the installation of ducting for utility services to future-proof the development  Finally, civil works were completed with construction of vehicle crossings and on-site parking bays for residents,  Quality assurance processes were followed throughout, with as-built records prepared for all the 3 waters infrastructure installed.
