Streamlined Management Systems
PCL Contracting’s Integrated Management Systems provide procedures and guidance for delivering all contract requirements, including quality, health and safety, environment management, financial and sub-contractor management etc.
Our management team are responsible for all aspects of compliance from HSWA to the 3910 contract requirements. They are highly experienced in management and implementation at contract work sites.

Quality Assurance Standards
We believe in doing a quality job first time, on time and to budget and we run quality systems to the internationally recognised ISO 9001 accredited standard. Our quality system is a series of closely monitored work instructions and standard procedures that form the backbone of every Contract Quality Plan, considering all aspects of the work, ensuring checks and monitored throughout your project.
This system is regularly reviewed to ensure that we meet the ever-changing work environment of civil contracting. To maintain our accreditation, we are subject to an annual third-party audit.
